Before we provide a service, we ensure that our clients’ needs and preferences are thoroughly assessed by one of our trained and experienced managers. We aim to ensure that Scope Care Services meets the assessed needs of every client, that their needs are re-assessed as frequently as necessary, and that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to changing needs.
